Judge Nathan J. Milliron -- who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court -- is listed as delinquent on two separate required filings with the Texas Ethics Commission ... according to KPRC 2 in Houston.
Milliron reportedly failed to submit campaign finance and personal financial disclosure reports ... and he's facing a $1,500 in fines as a result.
The Texas Ethics Commission told KPRC 2 the filings "are designed to ensure accountability and allow the public to identify potential conflicts of interest."
The judge went viral this week over a video of him belittling an IT worker ... and when an attorney suggested he apologize for being rude, he demanded the attorney appear before him in court.
