Sources close to production tell TMZ ... reports claiming the show is re-cutting an upcoming episode for CBS's 50th season to reduce or remove MrBeast are flat-out false.
We’re told it’s not surprising a shake-up like this sparked mixed reactions from fans, but the idea producers would go back and re-edit the episode just isn’t happening.
In fact, our sources say host Jeff Probst has been getting plenty of positive feedback since Zac Brown’s episode aired -- including from cast members who absolutely loved the cameo.
We’re told Zac’s episode actually pulled in the highest ratings of the season so far, despite any online backlash or reports suggesting otherwise.
Bottom line ... MrBeast isn’t going anywhere, and the buzz about him getting cut is simply not true.
