Elle and Astrid had initially been set for a showdown, but the fight was called off when Astrid withdrew. Despite this, the two have continued to engage in occasional social media spats. When asked about her dream opponents, Elle stated, “A really huge fight like Paige VanZant or Ronda Rousey. Someone like that, but then in between, I need that Astrid fight.”

Elle emphasized the significance of the Astrid fight, referring to it as the “money fight” and a potential main event. The fight is still scheduled to proceed, with Misfits Boxing expected to collaborate with a new commission.
